Fundamental book for understanding the nuclear matrix,
By
This review is from: The Nuclear Matrix and Spatial Organization of Chromosomal DNA Domains (Molecular Biology Intelligence Unit) (Hardcover)
If you want to learn about nuclear matrix you have two books. One has been edited by Berezney and is very good if you need some details about a certain topic. On the other side Razin is the author of this very well written book, where you can learn the fundamental concepts. Although the field has developed a lot since the time the book was published, the book will provide you with the essential knowledge for continue reading about Hutchinson Guilford syndrome ,laminopathies and nuclear structure and function. I hope a new edition will be published soon
