It takes a lot to get me standing in front of the tv, jumpingaround like an idiot, to tighten up my pudgy belly. Richard Simonds,Denise Austin, forget it. So how did this program pry me off therecliner? The arobics ladies are buck naked. That's good enough forme. When they say stretch down, I do it. When they say reach for thesky, my arms jump. If Nude Cardiovascular Workout is what it takes tolower my blood preasure, cholesterol, weight, stress, etc, then Igladly submit. A few minutes, five days a week here in my living roomwith my new instructors. If this exercise class of nude ladies can'traise my heart rate, I don't know what else possably could. 1-2-3-4,1-2-3-4.

If you want to buy this video for the workout aspect its not bad. A seasoned aerobics veteran might not find it much use but for a beginner or intermediate its fine. The workout is quite long so would definitely be beneficial from a cardiovascular perspective ( hence the name ).

If you want to buy this video for erotic entertainment its not so good. On the plus side the girls are all pretty and natural - no silicon. Also watching them bounce around is quite nice BUT there's a few problems:
* The production value is quite low. The video has clearly been shot in someone's lounge room with the furniture just moved out of the way. This normally wouldn't bother me but brings me to my next point...
* There are basically just two angles that you see the girls from. One is directly in front at medium-long distance and the other is to the right and above which makes for quite dull viewing. The majority of the shots are from in front.
* There are fairly regular medium-close shots of the girls where the camera just pans up and down their bodies but does not linger on their privates as you would like - which again brings me to my next and biggest problem with it...
* There are no genital close-ups. Also there are no @ss shots. So if you like @sses - forget it. The camera does not go behind the girls at any point.

Having said all that there is one part at the end of the workout where the girls are warming down and lie on their backs to stretch. As they're stretching their legs you can see one girls p#ssy from about medium range. This is quite nice but that three second shot alone does not justify the purchase of this tape.

I love this video! It's very sexy! It's a video exercise workout with an female instructor and her 3 female students who are totally naked. Seeing the students do the exercises naked is
very stimulating! One of the students is a brunette who's so cute! Men: Geting this video will make you want to workout very often! It's great for the body and eyes!
