I recommend this disc for all Radiohead fans. There are 2 previously unreleased singles. If you want your Radiohead library to be complete, you need this (or the box set, which includes all the singles).

The music itself is always worth it when you're talking Radiohead, of course, but the EP release of two of the tracks from the In Rainbows discbox as the single B-sides gives me nothing new. At least the "Jigsaw Falling into Place" EP had two live tracks as B-sides.

I think the music is excellent, as is most of Radiohead's music. Decide for yourself in the video section of Google. Just type in "Radiohead" and the track name and you should be able to listen to the entire song.

I like that these tracks are being made available outside the $80.00 "In Rainbows" Discbox. I didn't want to pay $80.00 for 18 songs and nice, yet not essential, miscellaneous items (such as more album art, some vinyls, a case enclosing the stuff, and postage). At $8.00 (including shipping), this EP, along with the other three or so EPs likely to be released, are a cheaper alternative to obtaining the 8 b-sides otherwise only available with the discbox or illegally. Here is the "ideal" cost to obtain the 18 "In Rainbows" album and b-side tracks, with $3.00 shipping included in each item's price:

$13.00 "In Rainbows" album
$8.00 "Nude" with two b-sides
$8.00 Other EP with two b-sides
$8.00 Other EP with two b-sides
$8.00 Other EP with two b-sides

Total: $45.00

I think Radiohead, like most other bands, is scalping their fans with their physical CD releases. But purchasing the album and EPs separately is cheaper than buying the $80.00 discbox, which is now selling for bloated prices on Ebay.

If you're looking for Radiohead's recent b-sides and don't want to pay a lot of money, this EP, and the other three I suspect will be released throughout 2008, are currently the best legal alternatives I know of.
