This album was released in Japan only, to capitalise on the number 1 smash success that was 'Nude'.

Only 7 tracks - but they are all extended. There are some highlights - the first version of Come Home With Me Baby bases itself on the Deadhouse Dub mix, and puts a whole new perspective on the song - my favourite version of it. The mix of Stop Kicking My Heart Around is the only one here that was completely re-recorded and it shows - its absolutely brilliant - its worth getting this CD just for this song alone. I'm sure DoA are still kicking themselves that this wasnt released as a single - its a scorcher....

There was some scrappy mixing on this CD. Turnaround & Count 2 10, like most of the others, fuses two different recordings of the song together, but it sounds a bit cheap and nasty. But despite its highlights and lowlights, its well worth getting for your DoA collection!!

This album contains songs from the (fantastic) album "Nude" released in 1989. The album is far from the best from Dead or alive but if you are really into Dead or alive and if you think "Nude" is just great this cd should be of interest to you.

Best part of the album is the re-recording of "stop kicking my heart around" and the mix of "give it back that love is mine". The mixes of "come home with me baby" are also great. The choice of songs on this album seems a little peculiar. Songs like "baby don't say goodbye" and "i don't wanne be your boyfriend" should not have been chosen - wish Dead or alive had chosen songs like "My forbidden lover" or "I cannot carry on" instead.

Do not buy this album if you want to find out who Dead or alive are. Buy instead "Nude", "Youthquake" and/or "Nukleopatra". This is not a must have - but it is a cool album if you want to impress your friends with your cd-collection.

When i bought this cd i was looking for alittle more.The nude cd had more trax,and they should have just remixed the whole album instead of half.After listening it left me wanting more,like something was left out.But none the less its great for doa fans,especially for the two mixes of come home with me baby.

These are essentially extended versions of songs on the LP Nude. "Come Home With Me Baby" gets a little bit of a housier beat and some hilarious samples thrown on the top. Otherwise it's pretty much extended bits for DJs to mix with. If you like Nude then you will like this; it's pure early-90s dance music either way.

This wasnt a bad CD however it is not much different than the original Nude EP. The songs are defintly remixed and worth having if you are a DOA fan. The remixes of Come Home With Me BAby are pretty good but the rest of the songs sound too similar to the originals with just some different vocals...overall, nice to have this in my collection.

If you have loved the album Nude, this remix album is for you, because it's a complete re-work of its dance tunes with a more techno-dance edge to it and specially the track "Stop Kicking My Heart Around". It's the best remix in here, Pete Burns even re-sang the song completely (and he shouldn't have because the original vocals were a little bit better, in this one he shouts the words too much). I always thought the original track was the best Dead Or Alive song ever, but the music in this remixed version in here just screams single to your face, it's a shame it never became one.

But if you're not a fan of long remixes, you'd better buy the original Nude album instead because I Cannot Carry On & My forbidden lover (missing here) are also high quality dance numbers that you wouldn't want to miss. I give it only 4 stars because very good songs are missing, and I keep the 5 stars note (for the original album Nude itself which is simply : Dead Or Alive's best album to date !)
