Compre el libro para una amiga, y no pude dejar de leerlo. Es el recuento de las apariciones marianas en Africa, de las que no tenia ningun conocimiento antes de leer el libro. La autora era una niña cuando iniciaron las apariciones, y se ve perfectamente reflejado en la manera en que describe los acontecimientos, asi como se puede sentir el amor y el dolor que le provoca hasta la fecha sus vivencias. Muy documentada, pero tambien muy espiritual. Me parece que es una lectura muy importante en estos tiempos dificiles.

I read this book in English and bought it in Spanish to share with friends who speak Spanish. I learned about the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Rwanda back in the early 90s. This book gives more information about these apparitions than is available elsewhere. One might want to read Left to Tell by Immaculee Illibagiza first to better understand the personal references and also to get a better understanding of how these apparitions are related to the subsequent genocide in Rwanda.

I first bought this book for my kindle last summer, I found it so inspiring that since then I have bought 15 more (printed version) to give as gifts. Every person that I have given this book to has found it to be a gem.

I have not read the Spanish translation, but I did read the English version. I recommend reading it in any language you are confortable with. Beautiful story.
