This is Nek's latest album, "Nuevas Direcciones"(Spanish version); this his eleventh album of his amazing career. In this album, he explores the depths of different genres of rythms. For instance in the songs "Mis Manos," and "Eres Asi," there's a trace of country but not as much. He doesn't deviate as much from the sounds that make his music unique. And the lyrics... the best way to decribe Filippo Neviani's(Nek) usage of lyris is like this: Think of your favorite painter. He's able to select words in a way that a painter picks his/her colors to contruct their latest masterpiece. The rythmic meolodies and vocals are the contrast and shading of that masterpiece that gives it life and can be forever appreciated. This album can be played anywhere and it tailors itself to any mood that you are in. Or maybe it changes your mood after listening to it. Hhmmmm....you be the judge.

I am totally in agreement with the first reviewer as he puts it so well. Nek is a painter of music and selects words in the right fashion that touch the soul. I so wish he would be in concert here in California, it would be THRILLING! I have heard the samples here, and they are all great and I have no doubt that this compilation will be as great as all the others (which I have).

I've been a fan of Nek for about 4 years now. I've never heard a song or an album that I did not like and his newest album "Nuevas Direcciones" has done it once again!! If you're a Nek fan you WILL NOT be disappointed!!
