the boys from Logo finally get a single release, June 28, 2007
This review is from: Number One in Heaven: The Extended Mixes (Audio CD)
The gay twin brothers who made it big on Logo with their own reality show about coming out while pursuing a recording career have finally released their first single. And no, it is not a cover version of the classic Sparks new wave synth track. It's an original, and it is produced by none other than writer/producer Desmond Child, an openly gay man who was responsible for a whole lot of songs on Cher's 1980s come back rock albums. Here, though, it's ALL about the dance music. The blend of mixes goes from disco house to tribal to my favorite, the electro pop house Dave Aude mix. Tracks are:
1. soul seekers mix (7:16)
2. dave aude mixshow (5:58)
3. bronleewe & bose mix (5:53)
4. tracy young extended club mix (6:49)
5. tracy young extended video mix (6:51)
6. almighty mix (6:41)

Where's the Rest of the CD....?, March 31, 2008
This review is from: Number One in Heaven: The Extended Mixes (Audio CD)
OK -- I have to admit I was hesitant to buy this one but just had to because I had watched the twins reality show as they came out and clamored for success and a major label release after turning out one of the hottest and best dance track videos of 2006 - Number One in Heaven. So what happened to the CD-Rise Up? They had a great gimmick being twins and sounded just as great as they looked as they worked L.A. hard for a record deal. I guess if they end up being one-hit wonders - then this is the song that deserved to be remixed six times over -- every one of the remixes pulls out something different from the song that makes you still want to dance or leaves it in your head all day. Glad I bought it --

single with different sides, August 23, 2007
This review is from: Number One in Heaven: The Extended Mixes (Audio CD)
I remember checking out this video awhile back. Loved the song and everything about Nemesis Rising. Now they have the single release as well. It has different sides with a variety of feels and it only adds to the original song which is pretty good by itself. But add in all these great mixes and you have a single with new life. Whether it be uptempo, dance or club vibes this extended mix of Number One in Heaven has it all and is very much worth the price of admission.
