Number the Stars by Lois Lowry is a book full of mystery. I enjoyed this book very much and did not expect what was to happen next. Annemarie a young girl and her best friend Ellen have Nazi soldiers marching the streets of their small town of Denmark. The Jewish people of Denmark are being "relocated" so Ellen has to move in with Annemarie and her family while her parents leave town. Now everyone is in danger and Annemarie must find the courage to safe her best friend's life! Read this book to find out what happens.Kiara T.
