Even if you're a psychic whoopee doubter (as I am) or don't have time for naval contemplation, this book will give you choices and options you may never realize are in your destiny for the taking...This is a must read and is one of the best books to quickly show the reader how-to pinpoint compulsive-obsessive behavior, explains why we make the mistakes we make repeatedly; supplies cause and and effect in a straightforward manner. And it sure beats large therapy bills.

I found this book to be an easy to read, good basic introduction to numerology, with a final chapter devoted to Master Numbers. The bibliography is somewhat outdated since the book was published in 1988.
