Ideal for people who like knowing what the date is and seeing nuns having fun, or for people who wish to win an argument with a sceptical friend who claims that nuns don't ever have fun.

I loved this calendar so much I bought two- one to use and one to frame the best of the images. These pictures are wonderful- beautiful black and whites of nuns in casinos, looking at nude art, on the beach, drinking beer, etc. These are real women having the time of their lives, in full habit no less. Looking at the calendar every morning is a reminder to have a great day and not to take life too seriously. As a practical matter, the squares are large enough to put a lot of info on, so even people with busy schedules can keep it all in one place.

I ordered this calendar thinking that it was going to be especially humorous, but was rather let down. Nuns Having Fun sounds like a great idea for a calendar, but I think this one failed to meet my expectations. My aunt is a nun and I feel like she would not be as impressed either. I have a few suggestions for a future calendar:
1 Nuns playing practical jokes (Saran wrapping the toilet seat)
2 Nuns water ballooning teenagers
3 Nuns hazing new nuns (swirly's)
4 Nuns skydiving
5 Nuns skateboarding in a skate park

There are so many great opportunities!

This calendar blows the doors off those individuals that think all nuns are stodgy ruler-wielding teachers. Yes, nuns can have fun!

very happy with purchase as I collect many things associated with nuns. It was accurately described and delivered quickly.

As a former inmate of the catholic school system, I experienced a few moments of whimsy re:nuns. This is exactly why I recommend this product and why I buy this calendar annually for my friends from catholic school for Xmas. It's funny and generates a lot of random stories about the nuns we remember from childhood.
While it may not necessarily reflect some of the dour faced deans of discipline we knew, it does remind us of the nuns we knew who were fun and cool. These photos evoke a simpler time when nuns looked like nuns and we were always plotting to get one over on them. It makes us laugh, recall our favorite nun stories, and then laugh some more. Done in fashionable black and white, it's a must have accessory that will be truly appreciated.
It is a fun calendar which will make you smile while being functional.

I order one of these every year for a family friend. She is always pleased with them even though she has the book.

definitely would not give it as a gift to a religious adult, but to my 20 year old girlfriend, Nuns Having Fun is just right as a calendar for college living =)
