This book is a wonderful resource for a new nurse manager, who has limited supervisory experience. This book has frequently asked questions (and answers), and scenarios, which are easy to apply to the "real world." It has helped my transition to the nurse manager role become smoother, as it has relieved some fears/anxieties, while boosting my confidence.
