These shoes are amazingly comfortable! Although I am not a nurse, a friend had recommended them for the sheer comfort and durability aspect. I work and live in NYC, where you are never standing still, not for a second, and have been looking for comfortable shoes that look good, professional, comfortable, good quality, and will not make me skip a meal so I could afford them. These shoes are it! Your feet will thank you. They are so light and EXTREMELY comfortable. I own two pairs in black, two different styles, both made by Nurse Mates. Theses are 10X better than Rockports or Clarks. Buy with confidence. You will not regret it.

I have owned a pair of these shoes for over 3 years now and am currently going to buy the exact same pair again. I am a nurse and spend hours on my feet and these are the most comfortable shoes I've found. They've held up great! You'll love them too!

I've had these shoes for a little over a year. They were ok for about the first year. I used to work 10-12 hour days with no real issues with the shoes or pain in my heels/feet. Now I'm working 8 hour days as a nurse and my heels/feet hurt when I get home. These shoes seem to lack the side support you can get with laced shoes. I am at a loss for what to do...I like the protection of the slip on shoe, but I like the support of a laced shoe...
