2.0 out of 5 stars Very close to worthless . . ., August 1, 2004

This review is from: Nursing Care Plans: Guidelines for Individualizing Patient Care (Book with CD-ROM) (Paperback)
During my nursing school days I went out and spent a small fortune on care plan books. This one was recommended by the head of the program and I honestly don't know why because I found it to be of little to no use at all. One reviewer hit it on the head . . it's just very limited and not client focused enough for me. Go with any of the Spring House series instead or get Sheila Sparks "Nursing Diagnosis Reference Manual"
