I had to buy this book for my Adult Med/Surg class, what a help! I had used previous nursing diagnoses book before, but this one takes the cake. It makes them easy and understandable. It gives you a host of possible related to. I would definitely recommend this book.

I find, the book to be a great find and must have for any nursing student and when I tell other nures students where and what I paid for it they get jeaulous!

I got what I paid for. It is somewhat hard to understand. I guess it all depends on the way you are taught. No fault with the book. I didn't have enough experience in the field to know that it didn't have enough information for a complete care plan.

This book is wide in coverage of NANDA diagnoses, but shallow on content - it provides the diagnoses and characteristics of the Dx but nothing more. Wide on coverage, shallow on depth of coverage. I would have liked to have seen interventions for the Dx covered. As such, it will likely be a shelf-bound dust catcher.

This book has served me now through many courses. It arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition I was very pleased with the service

EXCELLENT IN THE BAHAMAS OR THE GRADUATING CLASS 210 WE LOVE TO USE IT. IT HAS LOTS OF INFO THAT WE CAN CAN USE
