Nursing Leadership & Management
Great book, except that the NCLEX questions at the end of each chapter doesnt have correct answers for them anywhere in the book. So one doesnt know if he or she answered the questions correctly.

Pure Academic Nursing Drivel...
As expected, this textbook is dense with common sense concepts assigned formal nursing 'terminology' that helps to defend nursing as an academic subject. Pure Academic Nursing Drivel..., June 20, 2010
This review is from: Nursing Leadership and Management: Theories, Processes and Practice (Paperback)
As expected, this textbook is dense with common sense concepts assigned formal nursing 'terminology' that helps to defend nursing as an academic subject. Unfortunately, this title is poorly organized, both thematically and even with layout. This is little more than a collection of disparate themes derived from other books: a bit of business management, some community health, even a smattering of microbiology. The writing style is pedestrian. End of chapter exercises include meaningless open ended questions ("Let's talk....) and NCLEX "style" questions. There is no answer key! And these questions resemble the NCLEX only in multiple choice form. The authors of this book are dispassionate writers, and I disposed of my textbook the moment my course was over. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration of reading this book. Take the key terms and utilize Google and Wiki searches. They will be equally relevant, accurate, and inspiring.
