This book covers every legal aspect of nursing. It is incredibly helpful for practicing nurses. It discusses ways to stay out of medical malpractice suits and discusses some real cases. It's brief, but not too brief. It's easy for someone not well-versed in law to understand. The book is well organized with practical points. I think it's a great addition to any nurse's library---especially since we are currently living in such a litigous society.
