Kate Gerrish is Senior Research Fellow in Nursing in the Division of Nursing and Social Work at Sheffield Hallam University. Charles Husband is Professor of Social Analysis in the Department of Social and Economic Studies at the University of Bradford. Jennifer Mackenzie is Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Studies at the University of Bradford.
