5.0 out of 5 stars Nursing Time Tea Review
I have tried this tea as well as the Mother's milk tea. I LOVE this tea better than Mother's milk tea. I didn't really see a difference in my milk production with the mother's milk tea, within 2 days of taking Nursing Time tea and pumping every 2 hours my milk came in enough that my son didn't need to be supplemented with formula. I am also taking the Nursing Blend...

3.0 out of 5 stars Be Careful!
This product worked instantly! However I am not very good with following directions. Directions say one tablspoon to one cup of water. I figured if I used 2 cups of water use 2 tablspoons of tea....DONT do this. My supply went up very fast and then dropped very fast!!! Not following the directions to this tea is like not following directions to a perscription, and by...

5.0 out of 5 stars Nursing Time Tea Review, September 26, 2009

I have tried this tea as well as the Mother's milk tea. I LOVE this tea better than Mother's milk tea. I didn't really see a difference in my milk production with the mother's milk tea, within 2 days of taking Nursing Time tea and pumping every 2 hours my milk came in enough that my son didn't need to be supplemented with formula. I am also taking the Nursing Blend supplement that Fairhaven Health also makes. I just started taking that, so I know that the tea really makes a difference with milk supply even without the Nursing Blend supplement. I have recommended this tea to many nursing friends and have heard great things from them as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Every bit helps!, June 23, 2008
This review is from: Nursing Time Tea: A Tea to Aid Lactation (one-month supply) (Health and Beauty)
My milk production was almost down to nothing and this gave me the boost I needed to get it up again. Tastes great and the way it's packaged is perfect for a fresh taste. Also, my son and I seem to be having fewer tummy troubles. I would definately recommend to anyone who is nursing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Seems to be helping and good taste, June 4, 2008
This review is from: Nursing Time Tea: A Tea to Aid Lactation (one-month supply) (Health and Beauty)
I've tried a couple other nursing teas but really like the taste of this one plus the fact it's a loose leaf tea. It says it's organic which is comforting and it seems like i'm producing more milk than before (could be my imagination but sure seems that way). We're actually trying for #2 right now and the extra herbs/nutrition can't hurt. Overall I'd recommend this product to any moms out there looking for a tea like this.

This product works very effectively. I noticed a huge difference in my milk production from when I use it to when I do not. I don't think it's a requirement to take this tea, because personally I think that mother nature takes care of providing the mother exactly what the baby needs. But with today's reality, and as a working mom, I went back to work and had to use a pump. I am told that the baby gets 50% more milk when the baby feeds directly, than from what you can express in a pump. Thus, pumping is a very inefficient method of milk expression. I found that with the tea, I could pump more than enough and was able to not only pump, but also feed her in the evenings/weekends, and also express enough extra milk to be able to freeze some in case of 'emergency'. I highly recommend this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great way to increase milk production, January 15, 2012

I was introduced to this tea at the hospital after giving birth to my daughter. A lactation specialist highly recommended it. I didn't think I needed it so I filed the recommendation in my brain like all of the other advice given to me about caring for a newborn! Well, fast forward four months. My daughter's growth was beginning to slow and I was concerned about my milk production. I remembered the lactation specialist's advice and bought the tea from Amazon. I have been drinking just one cup of tea a day since and it has significantly helped! You will feel the difference.

I've tried the pills to increase milk supply and they did nothing. This tea works though. I notice that my milk supply will nearly double when I drink it. It will drop a lot if I don't drink it though. Luckily it tastes good and is all natural. Its important for me to pump as much milk as possible as I'm a working mom. I highly recommend this tea!

Nursing became a big drama. It looked like I was done (had tried other options and techniques). Use of this tea with regular pumping really helped. Regular pumping alone was not enough and other teas did not work very well. Considering your drinking a medicinal tea, I think it tastes pretty good. It is easy to make if you get a tea cup with a strainer for making loose tea.

I figured if I used 2 cups of water use 2 tablspoons of tea....DONT do this. My supply went up very fast and then dropped very fast!!! Not following the directions to this tea is like not following directions to a perscription, and by not following the directions this tea made my supply dwindle to almost nothing :/... Dont make the same mistake I did, dont drink more then 1 cup a day. It took me 2 weeks to get my supply back after I stopped drinking the tea. It definately works, but try to do it the natural way, your body will make what your baby needs, theres really no need to make more then that.

Another thing, it did help with gas, however it gave me and my baby some serious poops!
