Vitrin contains 3,000 ORAC units per serving, making it the easy way to add fruit and vegetable antioxidants to your diet. What is ORAC? The ORAC assay (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) is a test tube analysis that measures the total antioxidant power (the ability to neutralized oxygen free radicals) of foods and other substances. Foods with the high ORAC values are thought to protect the body's cells from oxidative damage. The higher the ORAC value of foods, the more valuable they are to your body. What is my ORAC intake per day? The estimated ORAC intake for a person eating 5 - 9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day is 8,900 to 20,000 ORAC units, depending on the mix of food. Since most people do not eat 5 - 9 servings of fruit and vegetables a day, Vitrin can provide additional ORAC units in an easy to swallow pill. Vitrin is standardized to provide 3,000 ORAC units per serving.

I like that blend does not contain megadoses of B-vitamins and it's a good product. However, the more I've researched it, it's basically just Centrum with a fancier label.
