My rescued greyhound equally detests the taste of these pills as the ones the vet sold me originally, but at least I was able to buy them at a much cheaper price on-line. They're supposed to be chewable, which makes them conveniently crushable and easily hidden in tuna or hot dogs or what have you. Besides being more affordable via Amazon, the pills have also eased our 11-year-old dog's hip joint paint. She's again sprinting around the house just shy of her race speed when we first adopted her.

One of our Bouvier des Flanderes lived more than 15 years. We had tried various joint suppliments, but none worked. Within 3 weeks of using the Dauquin Dasuquin For Large Dogs 60lbs And Over 150ct Bottle she was able to walk upstairs and resume going for walks. The Dasuquin made her last 3 years possible and comfortable.

I ordered here because of the price. The service was excellent. I received the shipment on time.

Tried this on the recommendations of a neighbor who works as a veterinary assistant. My lab mix had recently been put on a prescription anti-inflammatory which helps; but long-term use could lead to liver damage (just like in humans). She's been on Dasuquin almost a month now and is back to chasing balls and acting frisky. (Slower than she used to be, but definitely getting around MUCH better. On her bad days before Dasuquin she had to have help getting up and in the car...). Dasuquin is safe for long-term use with no apparent side effects. I will definitely keep using this product. It may seem a little pricey if you haven't ever tried it, but I will most definitely keep using this product. The change in my dog is well worth the money to see her playing again.

My recent adoptee (his previous owner had to give him up as the owner was at death's door) who is a fatty won't even eat these (he'll eat about anything else). I have to crush them up and mix them with some yogurt and fish oil that I then mix in with his food. With this product he went from being lame (he'd limp with his back right leg) and possibly needing hip surgery and knee surgery, to only needing the knee surgery (apparently his knee caps "pop" out and if this isn't fixed he'll develop problems later). Anyways sucks, that he still needs some surgery, but he went from needing one that would require a whole month of rehabilitation to one where he'll be back home the next day (the rescue agency is paying all of his costs).

My older dog (an akita) went from being in so much pain that it was hard to get her to eat (she was losing weight) to her old self. Both her and the new guy are constantly wrestling around the house and chasing each other around the yard.

I also have my dogs on Phycox JS, so I don't know if the effects I've noticed are solely due to the Dasoquin or not.

I have a 13 year-old male Chihuahua with hind leg issues and arthritis. He has been taking the Dasuquin now for nearly a year and he chases the squirrels in the back yard again like he was a puppy. He still favors a leg slightly but it is totally apparent that he has easier movement with more comfort.

Our border collie started to have a very random limp. We took him to the vet a couple times but the vet couldn't find anything. He moved his paws in every direction our dog never seemed uncomfortable. But then we would go for a walk and the limp would show up. We started with 2 a day for a couple of weeks and then moved it back to 1 a day. The limp is gone.

I was to say the least, skeptical when my vet recommended Dasuquin with MSM for my elderly Jack Russells, one that is riddled with arthritis in his back and neck. I had tried arthritis supplements before that didn't impress me. So I bought a bottle and hoped for the best. I put my two oldest terriers (15 years and 14 years)on the Dasuquin regimen. I didn't see much of a difference until they were on it for about a month. What a difference it has made! While they will never act like two year-olds anymore, I have seen a change. The oldest hasn't limped and the other that had the arthritis has a lot of his spunk back. No longer does he just slowly walk back to the house, he's running and taking the steps again, and then running through the house like in the old days. I love having this product and not having to use more powerful drugs with harmful side-effects and getting excellent results. To see the sparkle come back in their eyes, I highly recommend it.
