5.0 out of 5 stars These pills have worked for me
I begin taking Lipo 6 in September. It is now October 19, 2005 and I've lost 17lbs already. This stuff has really worked for me. Now, if you're not exercising 4-6 times a week (cardio and resistance ) and eating healthy, you shouldn't even bother looking at this product ( let alone any other ). I'm 5'6 and according to weight charts my " ideal weight " is between 122-140...

1.0 out of 5 stars Feel awfully ill after taking this
Have been taking only 1 pill per day for a couple of days now, and it makes me feel ill.
I feel sweaty all the time, feel as if I am going to vomit.
I have been exercising every day now, but dont know if I will be able to continue with this pill. Have been on several pills before and even ephedra didnt make me feel this way. Any similar ppl feel the same way...

I'm 5'6 and according to weight charts my " ideal weight " is between 122-140. I weighed in at 164lbs. That is the biggest that I've ever been. I was devastated!! Before I joined the Air Force, I use to weigh around 125lbs. I've been dealing with my weight for quite some time now ( over 3 years ).

I decided to try Lipo 6 out because of an ad I saw in Oxygen Magazine. I've tried Hydroxycut and Trimspa. Neither one of them worked for me. So before I gave up on supplements, I tried out Lipo 6. I went from weighing 164lbs ( August 31st, first weigh in ) to weighing 147lbs ( at this time ). If you follow the directions correctly, exercise and eat healthy ( notice I didn't say diet ), this product will work for you.

Lipo 6 will help curb your appetite. For the first couple of weeks I couldn't finish most of my meals. And I love to eat!! I found that it helped with my workout as well. I have more energy and it gave me a huge boost in my metabolism. I don't know how well this product works for men but, as for women, I recommend this product.

I am very happy with this product. I have 13 more pounds to go 'til I'm at my goal weight ( 135lbs!!! ). If you're not going to go out and exercise and eat healthy, then please don't waste your money. You'll be mad at yourself later. Go to [...] and view some of the pictures of some of the individuals progress. That should aid you on whether or not to use this product. :)

4.0 out of 5 stars No Complaints here....Works as it says it does, April 5, 2006

First of all, don't take these pills if you are already at a healthy weight. When you purchase these products, you are to follow the directions completely. 6 pills a day is not even recommended, and you are to start out slowly, taking one pill a day to let your body adjust to it. In other words, if you don't need them and then take them anyway, and then take them irresponsibly, you will become sick.
Now, as stated on the bottle, I started out with one pill a day. As I am only 5'1 and 115 pounds, I found that I did not need more than 2 a day to work for me. They give you a lot of energy and if you use them in conjunction with regular exercise, they actually work. Your appetite is suppressed and you feel like getting up to do more. My goal of weight loss was not a lot. I wanted to loose 10 pounds that were being stubborn, and then to maintain it. I lost the weight in a resonable amount of time, and had no problems as far as being sick or heart palpitations. Your body will help you to find the right dose, as like myself, some people can't handle 4 pills a day. Just take it slow like the instructions advise, build your way up, and keep up your exercise!

5.0 out of 5 stars It does works... (a balanced review), March 20, 2006
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Ok let me start by analyzing a couple of the most extreme reviews (given before mine).

Regarding, the review where this girl got extremely sick... I have a theory, this girl was 109 pounds and although I dont question her fitness level, a very good stimulant pill like this will just be bad for you if you dont have that much corporal mass and/or you cant even deal with a cup of coffee.

Second, regarding the review that says this is a "miracle pill" (he lost 7 pounds in one day)... I was sooo skeptical about this, until I weighted myself the day after my first dosis, I lost 3 pounds... I couldnt believe it I was just staring at the scale (which I use regularly), I've even checked if the scale was calibrated and everything. And it was true, and shocking, I just lost 3 pounds in one day.

Third, I've been using this for 3 days now, but let me say that I was working out a lot more since January (new years resolution...) I am doing 30 to 45 min of cardio a day and weightlifting 4 to 5 days a week... It is right, this is not a miracle pill if you are eating junk in front of the TV, you have to give it a "push" to release its full potential.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked for me, May 3, 2006
I started to get into the whole workout thing in February. I asked around and studied dietary supplements and found that the Lipo 6 was probably the best for me. I too was at my heaviest weight of 260 lbs being 6'1".. As of my last weigh in (May 2,2006) I now weigh 220lbs. Although I have been doing exstensive Cardio everyother day and weight training. I'd give Lipo 6 five stars but like everyone else says your not going to see drastic results unless you are working out and watching what you eat. I am more fit than I have ever been.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked for me!- *FDA approved!*, May 3, 2006
This product worked for me! (I just bought my 2nd bottle of it from the GNC)...I started taking it in the middle of March, finishing it in the middle of April... I'm 20 y/o (almost 21), and I was 257 when i started taking it, I'm now down to 244: I excersized about 2-3 times a week with good eating habits most of the time- no one is perfect when it comes to eating- I prolly could have lost more. The product suppressed my appetite and kept my energy up ALL DAY. I had seen a trainer talk about the product, and he says it's the best on the market right now for weight-loss. He also mentioned it's good to stop taking it for 2 weeks when ur done with the bottle, then start again. A good plan with Cardio and strength training will get you to where you wanna be, if you're serious. I'm stubborn about losing weight, but at least I try, i will succeed. So like i said... i prolly could have done better, but 13lbs in a month is still acceptable to me :-) I reccomend this product. If you're already in your healthy weight range, you DO NOT need to lose weight, but it's always nice to be a bit better shape. Here is a site you can go to see what ur healthy weight should be... according to your height & weight.. [...]

5.0 out of 5 stars Not an in depth review, but..., February 19, 2006
....let me tell you, this stuff gives you a MAJOR energy charge, and it's a hardcore appetite suppresent....

I'm not watching my weight on a scale (not into that) but I've been into "diet" pills (or ENERGY pills, as I call them) for a long time, and I've tried MANY of the top brands.

I recommend this pill. There's no way it can't work, because it gets you buzzing hard, and food is the LAST thing on your mind!

4.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy more than one bottle..., February 15, 2007
I was taking Hydroxycut but it stopped working. GNC lady told me to switch to this. First it worked GREAT, then about half a bottle down it stopped working. Had to take more and more. Went back to GNC. Told me that anything like this will work when you first start and you have to start switching it up or taking more and more, and more, and more. Told me I should switch product every one to two months. Just wanted to recommend that you don't stock up on just one. It will work for a while but plan on changing once you don't feel the effects anymore.

5.0 out of 5 stars Give it a chance!, March 4, 2006
Due to the caffeine content you have to allow your body to adjust to this product, which is where most of the side effects come from. (Equal to 8 cups of coffee). I strongly advise not drinking caffeinated beverages while taking this. My first week I did have difficulty sleeping BUT lost 5 pounds! During week 2 my sleep pattern returned to normal, and lost an additional 4 pounds.

5.0 out of 5 stars WORKS WONDERS!!, February 7, 2006
Last January I weighed 245 lbs and decided that I needed to do something about it. A friend told me about Lipo 6 so I went out and bought some and took it for 2 months while I worked out daily. Within two months I was down to 200!
