I lost 25 pounds in two months using LIPO in conjunction with a semi-decent diet (ice cream is the devil) and exercising three times a week. But....I did not cycle off. I ended up getting prostatitis because I used it longer than was recommended. A coworker had the same problem after taking it for 3 months straight. Again, it works great, just be sure to cycle off of it.

I used lipo 6X for around three months and lost about 25 lbs. But this was with eating right and two hours of excersise a day. There is no magic pill. But this helps. The reason i stopped was because i was getting a rapid odd heart beat my third month in. So I figured Id stop. But the mistake i made was not consulting with my doctor when I started. Although i doubt any doctor would recomend these things. I say if your careful and eat, drink and sleep right its good. If you cant handle caffine or other stimulants stay away or talk to your doctor.

I have used the product together with a vigorous daily workout routine and strict diet. The results of using the Lipo 6x have been marginal for me, compared to the results I get by exercise and good nutrition alone. It also caused me some stomach uneasyness which outgrows the benefits I obtained.

In three weeks of good exercise and diet I could loose some 6 pounds without the product. Using the product I lost almost 7 pounds also in 3 weeks. Trough this time, my exercise routine have included vigorous weight training 3 times a week and at least 1 hour of cardio every day.

Of course results may vary for different individuals, this is only my experience with the product.

I've been working out for years but kinda fell off the wagon there the last year or so. I made the decision to get myself back into shape with the help of Lipo6x. I started doing Tae Bo Boot Camp for my cardio and doing weights every other day. (6 days/wk) I drastically changed my eating habits as well (you will NOT get results unless you change your entire lifestyle!) in 5 weeks I have lost a total of 19lbs of fat! This product worked great "for me". You have to just try and see if it works for YOU. If all you're planing on doing is poping these pills while sitting on the couch eating the same old crap....don't expect miracles!

they said that the product is new when i received it i searched for the production date and the expiry date i didnt find them
then when i searched i found them hidden under a sticker they put on it to hide the date it was 1/2008

At 6'1" & 238 lbs, I decided things needed to change. I joined the gym (have never gone more than 3X's / wk), cut out a lot of carbs and started taking Lipo 6X. First, just 1 in the morning with breakfast (egg white omlette with cheese, sometimes tomatoes or even some breakfast sausage) and another 1 with a sensible lunch (think grilled chicken salad or sandwich). Gave me a nice pep, kind of euphoric feeling. Had energy to make sure I went to the gym. Eventually upped it to 2 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and eventually 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Had to take it back down to 1 in the afternoon because I found that my normal bedtime was getting pushed back later (I tend to eat lunch @ 2 and go to bed around 10). I still had energy at 10 and was up until 11:30-midnight. Honestly, I never felt jittery, more energetic with a side of euphoric ... it's gonna be a great day ... kind of feeling. So I found my happy zone and dropped down to 214 (so far) and I'm not thru the 2nd bottle. Is it a cure ? No, nothing is. Is it helpful ? Well, you could only determine that for sure if you only added it to your normal routine. In my case, I added 30-45 minutes in the gym (lifting moderate amount of weights, no cardio), cutting out a good portion of my carbs and Lipo 6X. It's worked for me. I've literally had to have some of my suit pants and even some casual shirts taken in. And I'm OK with that. My goal is to be to 205 by Christmas (9 lbs in 6 weeks). Oh, and my back & knees have felt much better since losing the weight. To me, if you're not trying all that you can to get in better shape, you can't expect great results. So add some exercise, watch what you eat and try a product like Lipo 6X. Whether it works for you or not, you owe it to yourself to invest a few dollars towards your health.

I am a 42 year old 5' 2" female who has tried to find the quick fix diet pill that will work for ME.

I found it - I found one that works for ME!

I have tried dexatrim, metabolife, zantrex-3, and Lipovarin (which did work but not as quickly as Lipo 6x.)

I am used to a jittery feeling when first starting fat burners, so I began with one capsule in the morning and when I didn't feel jitters anymore I increased to two capsules in the morning and so on. The most I took were 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I tried to leave at least 6-7 hours between my last pill and the time I wanted to go to sleep so that I would be ABLE to sleep.

It is tough to find a pill that helps those, like me, who are not more than 10 pounds overweight. I can only imagine how well it will work for those with more to lose. This version of lipo 6 is again LIPO-6X and it allowed me to take off those extra 10 pounds I gained when I was recovering from surgery and sitting and snacking all day. In order to be safe, I limited myself to one week on/one week off so it took me about two months to take off the 10 pounds.

I am not an exerciser so I limited myself to consuming between 1200-1500 calories per day while using the pills...some weekend days I did eat 1600-1800 when I overindulged. I stopped eating bread and potatoes. I also avoided all other forms of caffeine since it is in this formula.

Side effects I experienced: I became very "chatty" after taking the pill. I experienced jitteriness for the first three days originally and then after increasing the dosage. I had small gas rumblings in my tummy and more frequent bowel movements (requiring some bathroom spray).

I am a healthy person with no history of high blood pressure, heart issues nor any other physical conditions that should deter me from consuming the ingredients in the product. YOU may not be, so as always, consult your physician before using any fat burning, diet and exercise product.

It will definitely give you the gumption to work out. I am thrilled with this product and will buy it again when needed.

This product does not give you jitters and really helps with the cravings. This is exactly what I needed. You get a little bit of a kick but nothing that would cause your heart to race. I was a little disappointed in the begining because I did not get the jitters, but then I noticed that a lot of my favorite junk food was not "calling" me like usual. Awesome!! Take exactly as directed and work out. I have lost almost a percent of body fat in a week. I have gained almost a pound which means my body comp is changing. Again, exactly what I wanted.

Well for starters let me say that this is no magic pill.. you have to work hard and diet in order to get results, i've lost 55 pounds so far and boy it was one hell of a journey.

After i lost the 1st 25 i hit a plateu and i wasn't losing any weight and it got really depressing for a while so i did my research online and found lipo 6 ! after the first three days i already lost 3 pounds and im sure it wasn't water weight because i was already on a diet, after finishing my first bottle i lost about 16 pounds.. took a few weeks off then i tried another bottle lost about 11 or 12 pounds results are fantastic.

To me the side effects were minimal, i had some trouble sleeping and felt a bit dizzy in the days i didn't eat very well or when i exercise really hard at the gym and sometimes u can feel ur heart beat hard.. other than that nth to note.

I've tried many fat burners but this one is my favorite hands down really recommended, i gave it 4 stars because after you use it for a couple of weeks u also hit a plateu and u stop losing weight or just lose it very slow, so u take 3 or 4 days break and eat normally (also stop the diet!) then after that when u go back u start losing weight again! if it wasn't for that i would have gave it 5 stars hands down :D hope i was helpful in this review..

Do not order LIPO 6X in hot weather. It is heat sensitive and the capsules will explode. The vendor was great about giving an immediate refund when they were contacted and i would order from DAB again in the future. And probably will when the weather cools off a bit and i believe the product won't dissovle on its own.
So i have not tried the product yet.
