Great for flu season!,

A nutritionist/holistic doctor I see recommended these and I think they work! While other people were sick around me more than once about a month ago, I took these and was able to avoid getting sick. They have all natural ingredients and are high in vitamin A. Good to take on a regular basis during flu season or if around sick people or if you're taking a plane. Highly recommend!
