I just used the NutriBullet to make a juice & the cup is SEALED to the machine!I got it from Bed, Bath & Beyond. Would they take it back for a refund?

BB&B is far easier to deal with than the manufacturer. Magic Bullet made a great product but their customer service is horrible, you did right by getting it at a retail outlet, they'll either let you swap it out, or offer store credit with little fuss.

I bought mine there, too, and asked before I bought. They told me their normal return policies apply to the Nutribullet, too. You'd have to ask them for details or check their website if it's been over 30 days.
