told in this shocking analysis of the economics of food manipulation, and the historical impact of nutritional deficiences on the psyche of both Whites and African Americans. Facts and figures on how America benefits from your ignorance about junk food and poor nutrition and its impact on mental illness, emotional disturbances in children, racism, sexual deviancy, and the physical breakdown of Black Americans. This book outlines the effect that nutrients have on the mind, mood, spirit, physical body and state of consciousness of both Whites and Blacks. The author's research uncovers the historical differences in diets between the two cultures and the negative impact on Black Americans when adopting a diet and nutrition program unsuited to their bodies. Provides suggestions for changing the diet to remove the offending foods, reverse heart and circulatory diseases, and arrive at a state of mental, spiritual and physical health - in alignment with ancient African principles of nourishment. He sets out theories on modern medicine and the perpetuation of disease and illness for research and ultimately, billing purposes. An excellent, controversial book that some may find difficult to read.

This book is needed read by all who would like to overstand why society is the way it is. Mr.Afrika is a scholor that tells it like it is. This book is truth. You will not find this type of information anywhere else. Mr. Afrika has done a great service to humanity becasue he wrote this book. Every black person needs to read and study this book thoroughly, for it will let you know why you are the way you are and why white people act the way they act. Basically if you don't buy this book rather u be a white or black person you will not fully recognize whats going on in this present day world. Euro's have headed the destruction of our planet.thats what Mr.Afrika has shown me without a doubt. Love to that Brother.

This book is excellent! It was insightful and I fully recommend it for the person who wants to open their "Third Eye!" I have always felt that the way I feel (mentally and physically) could be better and have always thought that there was some underlined destruction to our diet! If you want to save yourself from physiscal destruction as well as metal slavery, then get this book. If your are an africausian, then you will not be able to fully except what Mr. Afrika will enlighten you with. If we are taught european history in school and you except that, then why question someone who is a scholar and teacher of the YOUR his-story! This book is not for the eurocentrically brainwashed!
