I ordered this product from an Amazon seller because I need the insoluble fiber but wanted a product with no additives and low processing. I didn't want methyl-cellulose, just plain cellulose.

I was sadly disappointed to receive this product and find that the inner seal was not affixed to the package, and that leaves the security of the product vulnerable to tampering. There is an outer seal, but it is just a ring around the lid, it does not encase the entire package. I was able to remove the lid and replace it WITHOUT BREAKING THE OUTER SEAL. That renders this product unprotected.

I wrote to the manufacturer, they defended their packaging and their process, saying that in their market base they wouldn't expect problems (as in, tampering) to occur, so they are okay with the fact their sealing process is bad.

I'm afraid to use it, but the vendor does not guarantee customer satisfaction and because it was opened (how else would I have discovered the problem!) they had two reasons to reject a request for refund, not just one.

I'm looking for another brand, don't want to trust this one.
