i take this every morning in a shaker with water... Helps keep mosquitoes away in Jamaica (West Indies) and the common cold (and other viruses) away in the US... Not to mention having improved my overall digestion since i have been using it... i will continue to keep myself stocked with it and reccommend to anyone who will listen...If you want wellness supplements or green supplements or probiotics.. it is the best of ALL worlds:) AND - This is the BEST price you will find online or in stores... i am back again for more..

I was deciding between this and paleogreens. I Chose this because while they are both of fantastic quality, this product had much more to offer in the ingredients. Such as Bee Pollen, and Royal Jelly (and more) that I already purchase pill suppliments for. Now I can knock out those three birds with one stone! Also much of the grasses I keep reading about in health books are in this mix. So the drawback is the taste, it is "green and earthy" but if you mix it in a smoothy you can't really taste it. If you have to mix it with water use a juice, or add at the very least a packet of crystal light. I can't wait to see how it effects my energy and overall health. :)Also good price from this seller compared to others.

My M.D., who is plugged into the world of nutritional supplements, recommended this product as the best of the vast array of green powders that are available today. I also want to mention that the price here is really kind of amazing, it's $15 less than what's available at a very large co-op type store in San Francisco. I go through two of these a month - saving $30 a month sounds awfully good to me. I suppose the key is to buy three or four at once and try to save as much as possible on shipping.
