This works really well for my son and his anxiety. He definitely is calmer and more relaxed on it. He seems happier and more easy going, which is wonderful to see. We have tried many natural treatments and this has been one of the best. I tried it too and it seemed to make me a bit tired, but I only tried it for a day or two and I have chronic fatigue so I am easily tired. If I try it longer term, I will post another review because it could have just been me that day. It doesn't make my son tired at all.
