How often do you hear "Doctor Recommended" but in this case it is true. The doctor has recommended this product for my wife and it helps her to sleep well. The nice thing about this product is the time release and she can take fewer or more as the doctor recommends with no additional expense. On Amazon they are sold on prime....a very good deal.
