I'm bipolar, and I've been on standard Lithium for six years - along with the multitude of side effects. Lithium Orotate is cheaper, more accessable. You need less, and - best of all - the effects are as good or better than anything a doctor will hand out. Did I mention there are no side effects? This is a bona fide godsend. Do the homework, then buy this product.

It's an inexpensive, easy-to-take, over-the-counter supplement with no side effects. It can effectively treat bipolar disorder which I can personally attest to along with many other people who use it. I believe that as it becomes better known, it will become the treatment of choice for treating bipolar disorders.

My daughter suffers from extreme emotional upheavals. She is a great girl. lovely personality but then in a flash can start thinking that no one loves her and becomes very agitated which at times ends up in a screaming match. She tried Effexor. for a while but that made her drowsy. at present we are trying her on lithium orotate tabs and spray with very limited results. mind you its only been for a couple of weeks but at present she is getting nightmares and i am wondering if this is an after effect. would appreciate comments from anyone else who has a similar problem. thanks,, Zak

I noticed nothing when taking this. Maybe the other lithium versions might be helpful like lithium citrate or chloride.

This suppliment has changed my life. I feel great, have lasting energy all day. I feel young again. AWESOME PRODUCT!!!

I prayed hard that this lithium would work. It sounded so unbelievably good to be true. I took 2 tabs daily (the recommended dose) for 6 months and it had no effect whatsoever. 3 tabs for 3 months and 4 tabs (double the recomended dose) for 2 months. It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Now switching to Lithium Asparate. If that also does not work I'll take Trileptal, the anticonvulsant with the lowest side-effect profile.

I took it and felt great next day and still feeling just fine and without mood swings. I am taking as well vitamin B complex and St. John Wort.

In my case, I was taking some pills to do work outs and accelerate my metabolism but I felt into a deep anxiety and depression. I almost lost my job and I lost my recent girlfriend.

Thanks God I pulled up and did my research and found this. If you have a mild to a more serious depression you can try this. Check your thyroid too.
