Neither the product page, nor any review seems to have the list of ingredients. You shouldn't ingest anything without knowing what is, especially something touted as a brain supplement. I found the ingredient list on another site and am copying it below (please do your own web search as well).

As you can see, it has large amounts of Vitamin E and B6. The new research advises against Vit E supplementation, and it should definitely be avoided in large amounts. Large amounts of B6 can also lead to toxicity. The safe upper limit for this vitamin (in various countries) is set at 50-100mg/day. If you're taking multiple supplements, you could easily cross this limit. As for the "Neuroblend", they should publish how much of each ingredient is in there. It could be too little or too much (especially for 5-HTP, Ginseng, etc., which can interact with other drugs, cause high blood pressure, etc.).

And what's up with "First premium anti-aging brain food formula" anyway? There are so many out there, and a few of them have proven effectiveness and are much safer. You know something is not quite right when you read claims like that!

Do you enjoy the taste of melted Creamsicles mixed with lighter fluid? Then you're going to LOVE the "TRADE SECRET FLAVOR SYSTEM" of Orange Cream. First of all, what the hell is a flavor system, and second, I hope you guys aren't spending too much in security keeping your trade secret under wraps.

That being said, this stuff works. And by works, I mean it does what you would expect caffeine and other energy drink-like components to do. But it's really nothing too special in that regard save for maybe a placebo effect of knowing that you're also ingesting trademarked plants extracts and the like.

I'm also worried about the amount of filler that's in the product. The scoops are HUGE - certainly bigger than they need to be (do we really need this much crystalline fructose and maltodextrin?).

I've only been taking it for about a week, so maybe some of the effects will set in with time, but eh, not too impressed so far.

Take my advice and try this product. As an overweight and overtired 42-year old woman battling hormones and juggling husband, kids, career, and ailing parents, I was barely muddling my way through life. The week before I started using Neuro, I was offered a promotion at work, and I feared that I could not do it: I was barely able to stay awake each afternoon, let alone be prepared to LEARN new, challenging things. Exercise was out of the question--absolutely not enough energy to even think about it. My husband tried Neuro and raved about the increased energy, and since I was desperate to feel normal, I skeptically decided to give it a try. Thank God that Neuro gave me the energy to live life: I have been exercising regularly for over a year, lost 25 pounds (2 dress sizes--I found my waist!!), still take care of my family, and I'm succeeding at my new job. Before Neuro, I muddled through the afternoon in a haze, wishing I could go home for a long nap. Now, I have Neuro after lunch, and my mind can completely focus on my technical work AND I exercise at least once a week AFTER work (and still get my chores done). I am not like the bodybuilders and amazingly successful people shown on the Nutrition53 website. I describe myself as "every woman", and these products help me to feel better and be happier about my life--they've worked for almost 1-1/2 years, and I will never stop using them. Almost forgot to tell you: I also use the companion product, Lean1. I have it in the afternoon with a piece of fruit or popcorn, and I am satisfied until dinner (in the old days, I'd have a large candybar every afternoon).

I decided to try Neuro1 for the first time about two months ago. There was a promotion on Facebook from Nutrition53 that combined a shipment of Lean1, Neuro1 and Sleep1. I was already using Lean1 on a regular basis and very pleased with the results I was getting.

Neuro1 wasn't for the body though, it was for the mind. I am always looking for products, books, etc. to help improve my thought process. I work at the computer as a designer creating new things daily. I always have plenty of work coming in and going out. I am open to new products that ensure improving my mental abilities in helping me focus. I admit that I was growing tired at work from lack of sleep, being busy during the day and working out. I wanted to find a nice balance that wasn't going to have any strange side effects.

I was already using Lean1 and this was a great deal to try out the other products that Nutrition53 has without having to incur a huge cost. I received the entire order through UPS within three or four days. The tub I ordered was the Orange Cream which reminds me a lot of an Orange Julius.

It just so happened that the day I received the order, the western regional manager, Jamie, called me to follow up on delivery. She wanted to make sure that if I had any questions, I could reach her via email or telephone since I was trying Neuro1 for the first time. I had been impressed by Nutrition53 as a company and this was just an additional reason why they stand out from the rest.

I have been taking one serving in the morning and another about a half an hour before my daily work out. I add about 8 oz of bottled water and shake it up for 10 seconds. Initially I wasn't quite sure if I would like the taste but I really enjoy it. I have also tried Mixed Berry and the taste is good as well.

Sometimes you never know what to expect, if anything, from a product. I have to say though that I definitely see and feel a difference in my daily focus. My energy is up even though I have the same amount of sleep as I did before. I feel sharper at my job performance. Although I am not a very moody person, I do feel more stable dealing with the ups and downs of life.

My wife and I live on a tight budget and we have to balance out what is important to purchase and what needs to be cut out or down. I love my workouts and have always made room for purchasing products like Lean1. I have recommended Neuro1 to friends, people I meet at the gym, and family members. The cost does come up in conversation for those who have seen the product. However, when it comes to your brain, is there really a price? That is my initial reaction. It may be more expensive than other products out there but there is nothing like Neuro1. The price does matter when it comes to our budget, but if something works, then you make it work with your paycheck.

This stuff tastes good and gives me the energy and alertness for those long days at work. I really feel the difference when I've had it.

The first time I had ever heard of Neuro 1 or Nutrition 53 was on a Denver radio station a couple years ago, as Mr. Romanowski was the guest. He was promoting his product and was offering free samples by ordering from his website. I ordered the Neuro 1 for the heck of it, just to see if it was as good as he claimed,and just happened to be slightly hungover the first time I took it. Now I am not promoting this as hangover cure, nor drinking for that matter, but after downing the Neuro 1, that hangover was instantly gone!
I have continued taking this product, both the caffeinated, and non caffeinated for about 2 years now, and just love it. Like all of the other testimonials, I agree that it gives you energy and focus, and we're not talking "energy drink" energy, where you get a spike in energy, then crash. This is more of an even energy boost that lasts for hours with no high points, and no low points. And taking it late in the afternoon before a workout does not affect my sleep later that night either, like so many energy drinks can.
I am not an extreme athlete by any stretch of the imagination, but like to work out a few times a week, and ride my motorcycle as much as possible, and starting the day with Neuro 1 has become a part of my daily routine. Whether just going into work, or spending a few hours on the bike, Neuro 1 perks me up immediately, and puts me into a good mood. I highly recommend this product for active people, or for the "couch potato", as it will definitely help give you energy to exercise longer, or just to get off that blasted couch and get something done around the house.

Let me start by saying if Bill Romanowski knew the horrible customer service his product was getting from Amazon he would flip!!! I've contacted customer service on 3 separate ocassions to and each time was so frustrated and angry I was ready to stop using the product (and let me say now, this is a great product in every way). Complete irresponsibility, lackadaisical attitudes, and a goal of just getting you off of their phone, highlights their service. I placed an order on a Monday, received an email the following Tuesday (8 days later) that they had processed the order day. I subsequently received the order 9 days later, for a total of 17 days from the time I placed the order and paid for it!!! I contacted the customer service manager and his response was (and I quote) "sorry, that doesn't seem right, do you want me to cancel your membership?". I wont't continue, but it get's worse from that point. I placed another call and the lady excused herself and said, sorry, I just got to work and I'm not ready to help you.... let me call you baack in 20 minutes....... I'm still waiting for her to call me back. Bottomline, this is a great product but having to order ot through Amazon makes it not worth the trouble. Mr Romanowski beware..... your investment is not in good hands!!!

I've been quite the supplement fiend for a couple years now, but I've always avoided blends due to cost and because I'm perfectly capable of concocting them myself! THat being said, I must say that I am very pleasantly surprised by this product. I never leave reviews but the effects of this product are definitely worth advertising.
Top perks:
1. Definitely boosts concentration and only contains about 100 mg of caffeine-which is less than my normal consumption.
2. Mitigates brain fog caused from chronic marijuana use (this is primary reason I use memory enhancing products)
3. Gives more a considerable amount of energy with less caffeine usage and the same sleeping patterns.
4. The taste isn't ideal, but it is definitely tolerable, especially when mixed with milk.
5. As earlier stated, it increases over all focus- this is very useful because I'm ADHD. I can honestly say I've never used a supplement that was actually better than Adderrall that I've tried in the past. No jitters, long term health consequences, or need for a prescription.

TRY IT!

The ingredients are similar to another brain quickener product, but with a higher dose of "mystery ingredient." The chocolate taste is acceptable, especially when cut with chocolate protein powder. Taking the full dose left me jittery and sleepless at first. After a few days, I adjusted by taking half doses. More than enough. I find the effect is not as smooth as BrainQuicken/BodyQuick. I found it more reliable at boosting me back up to my preferred productivity level and keeping it up on critical days. Its ingredients transform me into a babbling dictation machine, talking non-stop for hours if I want. Without them, I can't find words or thoughts very well the past several years ...and I've had trouble concentrating at the end of the day. Maybe some kind of environmental or occupational toxicity. Using these ingredients, I dictated the first draft of my first book from scratch in only *two days.* After months of research. That would be absolutely impossible for me without this kind of stuff. It also gives me an extra bit of energy and endurance when walking or biking. Neuro 1 seems to be the most cost-effective way to power through, stay focused and productive. I don't quite feel like myself without it. It puts me in a better mood and feels like it delivers a temporary 10 to 20 point IQ boost. One tub lasted over 2 months. Still can't see through clothing. I have recommended it and I'm reordering.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is worth saying something about. The product itself does what it promises. I take it about 3-4 days a week and it helps keep me focused. It also provides more energy when I'm at the gym. I take it during work hours. I recommend it, a scoop full with water should do the trick.
