I'm not in college but I am really enjoying this book! The writing is very corny but in a funny way =) it's a very informative book that is unbiased and easy to understand.

I read this book in my MS course for Nutrition and found it helpful 20 years ago. I was interested to see what new info was in the updated edition. It's good information to help sort out the myths from the reality in nutrition.

Great book. Bought it for HNF150 at MSU. I learned a lot from reading it and am implementing a lot of what I learned in my own diet and lifestyle.

I took a nutrition course that used this book and then sold it at the end of the semester. It was a filler course. Now that I actually have an interest in vitamins and mineral intake and eating healthy I wished that I hadn't sold it. It covers what you need to know and its easy to follow. The program that comes with it is great for finding out exactly what vitamins and minerals your body isn't getting that you need. That alone is worth the price. I recommend this for anyone not just students. It will help you live a healthy life. I had to get this again to help with my weight loss and healthy eating goals. The price was great and the book arrived quickly and in great shape.

A good beginner book for nutrition majors and a nice help book for lay persons. It is clear and concise about the basic needs of the human body and allows for easy digestion of material. I finished the class but kept the book as a reference for other classes and sometimes look at to better my own lifestyle.

I like that this book came in super quick since I needed it for a class. For being a used book, I got it in practically good condition. The book is very informative and easy to read, I actually found it entertaining.

I have not received this item a month after I ordered it. Nor have I had any communication from the seller as to the status of the order. There were no communication if or when this item was sent out. This was a text book so that I needed it for the class I was taking. I would never order from this seller again.

I like how it went. If most of my items I bought were like this, I will for sure choose amazon over ebay.
