Dr. Miller makes nutrition easy to understand. This book is a must read for anyone who is interested in understanding how proper nutrition and supplementation can make a profound difference in their lives. Dr. Miller explains how through proper nutrition you can alleviate many common physical problems we have today because of poor diet. I personally am doing all that Dr. Miller suggested in his book and I feel a thousand times better. Thanks Dr. Miller.

if you're interested in nutrition and how to get and stay healthy this book gives you more information than any other i've seen. it helps you to select those supplements you specifically need, which is not easy in a vitamine shop these days!
