great book,
By Donald Blondin (San Diego, ca United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Nutrition: West meets East (Paperback)
Reading this book has changed the way I view the world and live my life. This book has helped me change my eating habits and motivated me to exercise, and now I have lost fat and am gaining muscle, and I really can feel the difference. This book is different from other nutrition books I have read because it takes into account the best from modern medicine and ancient nutrition form the East. I recommend this book to anyone that is interested in changing their lives and becoming healthier.
