Nutrition Made Clear is a fantastic collection of 30 minute audio lectures. The lecturer is clear, concise, and knowledgeable. Additionally, she does an INCREDIBLY good job of explaining the material in a way that is easy for a layman to grasp without sacrificing any of the science. If you want to learn University level Nutrition course material, but you don't want to read textbooks, then this is DEFINITELY the choice for you.

One Note: Nutrition Made Clear conforms to the currently most-accepted nutritional theories. In particular, it takes the Lipid Hypothesis as an undisputed fact. No mention of any controversy is made. This may or may not turn out to be good/bad thing, depending on where the evidence eventually falls regarding the Lipid Hypothesis.

I used this program with my daughter for homeschooling. She enjoyed it and used the information in the accompanying book to make her own assignments. She felt that she acquired a firm understanding of basic nutrition facts that will help her make informed choices. The lecturer was very clear and the format of a 30 minute lecture followed up with the guide book made each lesson complete.
