This product worked well for me. In the summer I experienced a yeast infection for the first time and had to see the doctor and get prescription and over-the-counter medications for it. While those items cured the vaginal yeast infection, I still had digestive problems. After doing some research, I found out that yeast infections indicate more than just imbalances in the vaginal area. There can be an imbalance in the digestive system, which can cause a lot of discomfort after eating.

I found this product which seeks to balance yeast throughout the body, not just in one area. The ingredients are natural. Other users' reviews of this product were all positive. In my case, it took a few weeks for my body to balance out, but I have been feeling great ever since.

For those who would like to balance the yeast within their bodies, but are not comfortable with the diets that require giving up a lot of foods or some of the other options, this is a great. Use it regularly.

I get yeast infections once a month like clockwork. Over the counter treatments like *m*o*n*i*s*t*a*t* worked at first, but their effects wore off by the third time around. Then I tried altering my diet alone, which simply wasn't enough. Then I tried *a*z*o* yeast supplement, but no luck. After 2 years of trial and error, I went to a pharmacist to see if he had any suggestions. He handed me a bottle of Yeast Defense. So for the last six months, I take this as needed to treat yeast infections. Within an hour or so of taking two capsules, any discomfort/itchiness is gone, and by the end of the day, the cottage cheese-like discharge is gone, too. I occasionally notice a garlic aftertaste if I wait to take the supplement until very late at night, but a full glass of water and a couple antacids seem to do the trick.

Antifungal meds, changed diet, nothing kept the yeast infections at bay until I found Nutrition Now's Yeast Defense. This product works. I always keep some in my cabinet. Take with food, however, b/c the garlic in it may give you a bit of a garlic burp.
