If you want to prepare your team for the season and want to get your players in shape, you want to point out the importance of the perfect nutritions to play soccer then this book is the best book. I found that it will give you a complete overview and give the correct advise.
If you don't have this book in your collection then it is time to buy it! As a former European pro soccer player, I do find all aspects back that you can teach your players to be like a pro. If you are a parent looking for a book to get your kid on the right track, then don't look any further, this book is it and you will not need any other one! I recommend this book highly and rate it 5 stars. |
