Good condition of book
The only problem I had with this particular order...it did NOT come with an Info Trac 1-Semester Premium Web Site Printed Access Card. It was still cheaper than going through the school bookstore. Shipping could of been faster, but it all worked out. Holli M.

Nutrition Education
This is the fundamental text for Nutrition and it is essential for anyone making nutrition and dietetics their career. The stars didn't appear in the review form but there should be five stars for my review.

not the best i've seen in text books. information ambiguous and often on the edge of incorrect and contradicted in other chapters. when i have cross referenced material for clarification using the internet, i realized that this book only brushes the surface of the field of nutrition therapy. I suppose this book is a good beginning for individuals looking to expand their knowledge in the subject since this is the only text i've seen and the confusion could be easily clarified by a good instructor. However, for the price, i wouldn't have willingly bought this book.
