Not satisfied
I contacted this member inquiring about ship date and she never responded. It took over 2 weeks for the book to come (NJ to NY). I contacted her 4 or 5 days after I received the book regarding returning it and was told that she doesn't accept returns. I didn't see this anywhere in the order process that she had no return policy. If it's there and I missed it - My Bad...
