This book provides perfect and basic explanations of how to eat right by providing easily understood information we all need to know in order to eat well (like how the glycemic index (GI) works and how different foods fall on the GI scale and impact your body differently, or the benefits of different ingredients). The author then provides meal plans and tons of recipies based on your goal (weight loss, detox, beauty, etc). I have made several recipies that have helped me loose those stubborn 5 pounds and feel great. Use the information to change the way you eat; use the recipies when you need a makeover to get your body where it needs to be. I recommend 1-2 weeks nutritional makeover every 2 months of your healthy eating/lifestyle.
