5.0 out of 5 stars All inclusive source for nutritional information and science, October 15, 2009
This review is from: The Nutritionist: Food, Nutrition, and Optimal Health (Paperback)
This book is like a novel. So well written, that it can make the so called complex subject of nutrition and human anatomy, totally interesting and a joy to read. I am a recent student of nutrition and life science, and I have been lapping up each page with the utmost fascination. The book covers all aspects of human nutrition in a prose style, but also in a Q&A style in certain sections. It has many charts, illustrations, tables to help present the facts and drive home the point.

I would consider this as a reference book for myself. Highly recommended
