This fixture takes three conventional bulbs or CF bulbs. I used 3 60-Watt equivalent LED bulbs in it and it shines. It's very well put together and looks great. The installation was simple and straight forward with all hardware included. I especially appreciate the extra-thick fiberglass insulation that comes with the unit and the nice looking thick alabaster glass globe. The price for the quality is worth it.
