Yes this is an anime it was 26 episode made in Japan back in 84 came on Nickelodeon from 1988 to 1993. Sandy was a 12 year old girl who had Koala friends, Blinky and Pinky who are from the extradimensional realm of Koala-Wala Land, that land hate's human's they think human's are evil to animals (which they are wrong).
