A few hours after taking it, I felt weird - like depressed and ...I can't describe it. I was anxious and I wasn't able to sleep. My stomach was upset and I just took one packet. I returned the box the next day! You'll definitely lose weight using this product...I know that because i lost a pound just over night! But the thing is we all just have to Listen to our bodies. Don't mess with it. I guess i should do everything naturally. Eat right and excercise. There's no easy way...But then again, this is just my opinion.
