Not sure how durable it would've been if I had given it to my dog, but I didn't because this thing was so tiny! I was afraid my dog would choke on it! I made sure to read the description and made sure that I got one of the larger sizes for my German shepherd dog, but the description appears to be misleading because this product was not usable. I had to give it away to my neighbors toy poodle instead.

Our dog is a 15-mo-old Lab puppy, and she wants to eat everything! The only toys she cannot immediately chew up and destroy are Nylabones and the strongest Kong; the Y-shaped Nylabone is her very favorite. If she could type, she would be even more enthusiastic about it!

I have two goldens and several of these bones in the large size. One likes these "Y" shaped Nylabones and the other absolutely adores them. She typically carries around 2 or 3 at once. The nice thing is that they last a long time, unlike most other toys. I only wish they were brighter in color - they get lost in the yard, only to be discovered months later.
