I purchased this thread with the intention of only using it for bead weaving and stitching. With the addition of a needle, this thread is ideal for Miyuki Delica beads or other seed beads. If you are a bead stringer, this thread will provide a bead strand that is rather flimsy. I trust that this strand will withstand some stress by the jewelry wearer, however if you intend to make a piece of jewelry that is to be worn by someone who is hard on their jewelry...use something else! I suggest Beadalon's bead stringing wire. It's a bit more expensive, but it lasts a long time.
The end of the thread does tend to fray with excessive use. Use Thread Magic, or any other bee's wax to help keep the strand together.
As previously mentioned by another Amazon.com customer,shop around for better shipping prices. Amazon does sell from [...], and it is sometimes cheaper to shop directly from them. They accept paypal.

NYMO beading thread is a good strong thread, I like the thread, but get frustrated after I run it through thread heaven numerous times because it still starts to spread apart. Don't get me wrong I still like the thread and will continue to use it, perhaps I will try shorter lengths to.

Great thread..strong, and lots on the spool. I love their choice of colors, as well. Shipping was very fast.

This thread is very strong and there is plenty on such a small spool. I use it for small beads as well as large ones. Shipping was prompth also.
