Product Description

The O-Tray Microphone Stand Tray and Drink Holder weighs in at a mere 3-1/2 oz. The O-Tray easily holds picks, capos, slides, harmonicas, set lists, ashtrays, tuners, and your favorite drink. Plus it's a snap to attach and remove the O-Tray from any microphone stand with a 7/8" shaft!

Customer Reviews

It holds a huge drink and keeps my capos and other stuff in order.

So it's pointless touring with something that's not usable every time (unless you always take your own mic stand).

I've only used it once, but my Shure Green Bullet harmonica mic fits perfectly into the drink holder portions.

The concept is great and it is just the right size for my needs. I play multiple acoustic instruments and use it to hold my assortment of picks, capos, tuner, etc. It's great for that, but the clasp that grabs onto the microphone stand is somewhat flimsy. I use a Hercules-brand microphone stand and it doesn't grab it quite tight enough. Still wrestling with the best way to modify it to make it more functional.

I have a Swirlygig (highly recommended) for the pint of beer I keep close at hand during pub shows. But what to do with my glass of water? I considered getting a second Swirlygig, and I'm sure I'd have been quite content if I had. But I saw the O-Tray (which looks more like a C-Tray, or a U-Tray, depending how you hold it, but definitely NOT an O-Tray) on Amazon and decided to go with something different. Good choice. It holds my drink quite nicely and also has space for my rosin, tuner and bodhran sticks. I like it!

This is a good idea, but often doesn't fit a mic stand. So it's pointless touring with something that's not usable every time (unless you always take your own mic stand).

This does not lock onto my standard Microphone stand.
Followed the instructions but it simply doesn't stay in place.

Would spent a little more and gotten something much more sturdy

This tray is a good idea but it doesn't fit on my K & M mic stand, which isn't atypical in size. The part of the tray that is supposed to attach the column of the stand is too loose and there is no way to adjust it. I get it on the stand and it slides all the way to the bottom and rests loosely.

Excellent Idea holds in place, I use it to hold my GH dongles. Did I just say dongles?

It's NOT adjustable, so you better be willing to wrap some electrical tape to make it fit. As a result, it's not too sturdy.

I got this for my music stand, and after reading the reviews, didn't expect it to fit. When it came, it didn't fit, and couldn't be changed to fit anything bigger/smaller. I ended up making an arm for it out of PVC. A 3/4" T-joint fit my music stand, and converted down to a 1/2" PVC pipe. I ran it out about 8", then took a 1/2" 90-degree turn to go up, then back to the 1/2" PVC. So, a run to the hardware store, two bucks for the PVC stuff, and ten minutes making it.

The shelf itself feels fairly flimsy, although it will hold my MP3 player and a few pens/pencils. I'm not sure it would do so well holding a soda, but I really bought it to hold my MP3 player and pencils anyway. Lightweight, so it won't tip my stand. If I had it to do again, I probably would, but it would be nice to know what size stand it fits before I bought it (27/32", from what I could tell, or the outside of a 1/2" PVC pipe).
