Great Workout Shirt., January 17, 2011
Definitely great quality work out shirts. My boyfriend uses them to work out and it helps him to see while he's in the gym all the muscles he's using.... it's a great shirt for big guys who either want to show off or get a better look at what they're doing. Great for studying your form as when you're doing chest/shoulder/bicep/tricep exercises, you can see your posture and exactly which muscles you're isolating in these various parts of your body.
