This CD-ROM actually is a pretty good test review. They give you 3 full tests. It was easy to use and provided great questions. The physics part was really good.

The tests have a subject and sub-topic for nearly every question so the ones I missed I could easily go and look up in my college text book and practice.

The guide and advice that comes on the cd was helpful also. I can tell that some optometry students have contributed to this cd. I think it is worth it and recommend it.

I bought this cd-rom just 1 month before the OAT. It contains 3 full OAT exams that you can either take the full test or a specific topic(bio or chem). This cd-rom is very helpful for your OAT self-evaluation. However, I only found the chem/organic chem part and math part useful. The physics and biology part is good but some of their topics arent even in the OAT. The reading part is nice but since it's on computer you cant really pace yourself(the real OAT is on paper at this point) If you are looking for a complete OAT simulation, this is an OK option since there arent many OAT practice products out there. The CD has three full exams on it. I studied completely for the OAT first, then took the exams only a few days prior to the real thing. In the end, I didn't even have time to take the third and last exam on the CD, but I am still very glad I bought it. The questions themselves seemed considerably harder than the questions I had on the real OAT, but this was good since it made me feel much more relaxed with the level of difficulty on the real OAT. There were some physics question on the CD that seemed to come out of nowhere, and I had no clue how to answer them. However, none of them were on the exam, and another person I know that also used the CD previously also went through the same thing.
What really makes me give it a 5 star rating is the fact that it gets you in the right frame of mind for the actual online exam. Knowing your subjects is obviously the most important factor to the OAT, but your actual approach to the questions and your sense of timing is hugely significant. This CD allowed me to calmly approach the real thing and focus on just the questions, rather than how much time I had left or how the online system worked.
Keep in mind that if you are unfamiliar with certain topics and need more tutoring, this is not the CD for you. It does not go over materials. If you want to just get some great practice taking full length exams, it's perfect.

This CD was not very helpful in for reviewing topics on the OAT. It does not have any explanations for the questions. This CD is only good for practice if you are unfamiliar with the computerized test format.

Very effective and extremely similar to the real thing. When I took my actual OAT, I actually ran across a couple IDENTICAL questions from these practice tests!

But BEWARE of one thing: When you buy this, you are buying a license key to USE it for 9 months or so. My key expired 3 days before I had to take my test (BIG inconvenience) even though I had only boughten it 5 months prior. Turns out, it had sat activated on a shelf for a few months already before I got it, so it happened to expire right before my test. ScholarWare sent me a new key for the remaining months after I proved my date of purchase, but it was an awful experience with dial-up internet.

So just know that you may need to get a new license key before your actual purchase date is used up!!

Otherwise, great practice tool!!

I recieved this item and it was EXPIRED. it is not supposed to expire untill 7 months after purchase, and I recieved it only two weeks ago! I write my OAT in a week and now im stuck without any practice tests. DO NOT ORDER TOPSCORE PRO from Amazon!

the actual product probably works good but their customer service is terrible, and it expires 7 months after purchase so be sure to use it quickly after buying

This CD was not helpful. I purchase a MCAT book off of amazon.com....it covers the same material but more efficiently!
