The Obagi Toner No. 2 is a wonderful product and I've been using it for years. Therefore, I was surprised to find that the low-priced Toner I bought from "Flex Commerce" seems very watered down. The color, scent, and effectiveness seem to be about half of what they normally are. However, the product came sealed and the packaging looked the same as always. I'm not sure if Obagi has changed their formula or if I received one of those fake "knock-off" products. I could be totally wrong, but am sharing this as a "heads up" to others.
